This cocoa powder was Camino’s original. It has a rich colour and a smooth cocoa taste due to the acidity and  cacao’s natural bitterness being  neutralized through the process of alkalinization (Dutch-process). It can be used in almost any baking recipe and is best suited for those that call for baking powder. Also ideal for hot beverages when you want to add your own form of sweetener and liquid: dairy or non-dairy.
